The Husum Riverside B&B  nests on the historical banks of the White Salmon River, a world class whitewater river flowing into the Columbia River within the Columbia River Gorge and close to the towns of Hood River, OR and White Salmon, WA. Our location is the center of action for our local river lovers –  near many wineries and a diverse array of recreation (hiking, horseback riding, rafting, kayaking, golfing, fishing, snow skiing and snowshoeing) with miles of beautiful scenery to explore. The towns of White Salmon and Hood River offer an array of fine dining, art galleries, boutique shops and museums and are located only 8 – 12 minutes away – or stay right here in Husum and enjoy a good book with the sounds of a river so close, sit down to a great meal, fine local wine and music, stroll through the floral gardens, visit the ‘girls’ (six laying hens!), walk down to the river or up to the golf coarse….. the choice is yours!

Our Bed and Breakfast offers five themed rooms to choose just recently decorated and refreshed. All rooms have private entrances and private bathrooms, coffee service, wine bucket and glasses, outdoor seating and flat screen TVs.  We are not the run of the mill B&B – the hosts have a seperate residence from your room – so your privacy is ensured.  Also, on site is our ICEHOUSE cafe where our guests will enjoy a special breakfast and have the option to dine on the patio for a delightful lunch or dinner – or  appetizers and local beer and wines.  Private parties and special events are always welcome at the Inn and theres no better place to gather than in the one hundred year old “icehouse’ building…still standing in its original beauty of the past is this tiny brick oasis – perfect for wine tasting, private dinners, meetings, receptions, anniversaries and weddings. Go to to see the rooms and more pictures of this interesting property.  Call to reserve or inquire, we are here to serve you.  509-493-8900.
